She began her career with a degree in Make-up and Special Effects, starting at Madame Tussaud’s before working with world-renowned names including ASOS, London Fashion Week, Estée Lauder, Wimbledon Theatre, and countless weddings and special occasions.

What started as a passion and hobby grew into a thriving career and business. Today, Anna specialises in eyebrows, aesthetics, skincare, and nails (including detailed nail art), offering her clients treatments that combine technical expertise with a personal touch.

Alongside her own work, Anna also takes pride in training beauticians to a professional standard, helping raise the bar for quality and skill within the industry. Trusted by her clients and highly regarded for her results, Anna continues to support many on their skin journeys having suffered herself with acne.

 An aesthetic practitioner with a background in beauty and skincare. After completing my Level 2 and 3 qualifications in beauty therapy, I began my career as a skincare specialist, and over the years I’ve grown into advanced aesthetics, where my true passion lies.

At the salon, I’ve created a space that blends luxury with a welcoming, down-to-earth atmosphere. While we deliver professional treatments and natural results, the vibe is always warm and friendly, clients often tell us it feels more like visiting friends than attending an appointment, which makes us so happy.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to two boys who keep me busy. We love to travel together, and having spent 10 years living in Dubai while they were young, exploring new places is a big part of our lives.

For me, aesthetics isn’t just about treatments, it’s about helping people feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in their own skin.

Charlie is a highly skilled beauty therapist known for delivering flawless waxing and luxury pedicure treatments with precision and care. With a reputation as our waxing and pedicure expert, she ensures every treatment is carried out to the highest standard, leaving clients feeling confident, polished and refreshed.

Specialising in smooth, efficient waxing and indulgent pedicures, Charlie combines expert technique with a luxurious, relaxing experience. Her pedicure treatments are designed to not only perfect the appearance of the feet but also provide a soothing escape, leaving skin soft, nails beautifully finished and feet feeling completely rejuvenated.

Serena is a fully qualified Level 3 Beauty Therapist with a passion for creating deeply relaxing, results-driven treatments that leave clients feeling both refreshed and restored. She specialises in luxury facials and soothing massage therapies, combining expert technique with a calming touch to create a truly indulgent experience.

Serena offers a range of rejuvenating treatments including bespoke relaxing facials, microdermabrasion for smoother, brighter skin, and therapeutic massage designed to melt away tension and stress. Her approach focuses on both skin health and total relaxation, ensuring every client leaves feeling radiant, balanced and revitalised.

Known for her gentle, attentive nature and attention to detail, Serena creates a peaceful environment where clients can completely unwind while enjoying high-quality, professional beauty treatments tailored to their individual needs.

Lily is the newest member of our family and is currently working towards her Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification at college. Alongside her studies, she is being personally trained in the salon by Anna , ensuring she gains the very best experience and guidance from our senior team.

Already qualified in Gel and BIAB nails, Facials and Lash Lifts Lily is building her confidence and perfecting her techniques as she works alongside us. She has a natural passion for beauty and is dedicated to creating a welcoming, relaxed experience for every client she meets.
